Return & Exchange Policy

Sarbanaam Fashion Hub

At Sarbanaam Fashion Hub, we want you to love what you wear. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our return and exchange guidelines below:

1. Eligibility for Returns

Items are eligible for return or exchange if they meet the following conditions:

  • Return request is made within 7 days of purchase (in-store) or delivery (online).
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items marked as “Sale” or “Final Sale”
  • Undergarments, innerwear, and accessories for hygiene reasons
  • Items that have been worn, damaged, altered, or washed

3. Return Process

To request a return or exchange:

  • Visit the store with the item and receipt OR
  • Email us at sarbanaam@sarbanaam.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
  • Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.

4. Refunds & Store Credit

Refunds (if applicable) will be issued via the original method of payment or as store credit, based on your preference. Please allow up to 7 working days for processing after the return is approved.

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to product availability. You may exchange the item for a different size, color, or style of equal value. Price differences (if any) will be adjusted at the time of exchange.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
